I am passionate about parks, recreation, and serving all populations to ensure everyone has an equal voice and a seat at the table. I struggled as a Director of an agency that didn't have the financial or human resources to meet the high expectations of the community that deserved to have quality parks and recreation services and facilities. As times changed with the pandemic and having 5 direct reports leave over a period of 2 years I and my AD had to work multiple positions and still deliver the day to day as well as new projects and goals. I hope that I can help be part of the solution to other communities as the try to meet the demands with sustained vacancies.

Operational Management

Continuity of Services

We provide the flexibility to work by the hour, project, or short-term contract to fulfill vacant Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director and senior level positions roles and responsibilities during the vacancy period while the agency finds the right fit.
